  • Track out-of-school children in our focus areas and help them enrol in age appropriate class.
  • Implement programmes to ensure that children from tribal communities are taught in their mother tongue.
  • Tackle discrimination in schools by conducting awareness trainings for teachers and parents on gender-based and caste-based discrimination.
  • Create awareness among children and parents about their rights under the Right to Education Act (RTE).
  • Involve community members to monitor the implementation of RTE Act, the quality of education in local schools, safety of children, and hold both local government bodies and schools accountable.
  • Ensure that the government fulfils its commitment to allocate 6% of GDP for education, as stated in the New Education Policy
